The new site has been up and running for awhile now, and the Linda Frierdich Real Estate Group would like to thank you for your support. This new site is only one of many new marketing techniques we are implementing. We have created a For Sale By Owner website (www.monroecountysalebyowner.com) as well as a free Home Search site (www.monroecountyillinois.com)! We are getting awesome responses from past, current, and future clients! Please feel free to let us know your thoughts on our new online marketing.

I have just participated in an intensive, three day listing Specialization course in Chicago, networking with a select group of REALTORS how to dramatically improve the services I render to sellers. My team and I have demonstrated a deep commitment to better serve my clients. I can't wait for the next University in 08.
My husband and I went to Columbia Mo to watch are son play soccer. Eric Plays for Mckendree collage. After the win Tuesday night ranked them 24 th in the nation.
Century 21 Advantage in Columbia, Dupo, and Smithton is up 3% from last year so the market is not as bad as the media is making it sound.

It has been a busy couple of weeks here at the office but our new website is finally online! Building a website is not an easy task, especially when you list and sell as many properties as Linda and the rest of the group. There are pictures to upload, listings to input, links to include, and a million other things to consider and decide. Somehow we all found time to pitch in and we hope you find the end result satisfying!
For those of you who have visited www.LindaFrierdich.com in the past, you may wonder why we go to the trouble of putting up a new site.
We did it because Linda and the rest of the group are commited to making your real estate transaction as smooth as possible, and the new website will help us to do just that! You can find all of Our Listings on the site as well as homes listed by all Realtors, community information, loan information, and just about anything else you might need when buying or selling your home. If you can think of anything else to make our site better please drop us a line!
