Most real estate agents work alone, performing the dozens of tasks required to complete a transaction. I have adopted this Group concept and my team consists of key players, all of which are fully equipped and trained in their specific specialization. As the group proprietor, I am in constant communication with my staff. I spend the majority of my time doing top priority activities, such as meeting with sellers to list property, negotiating contracts, prospecting for business, and solving problems.
