Most real estate agents work alone, performing the dozens of tasks required to complete a transaction. I have adopted this Group concept and my team now consists of seven key players. My group is comprised of ONLY licensed Realtors in order to better serve you. I am the group leader and in constant communication with my staff. I spend most of my time doing top priority activities, such as meeting with sellers to list property, showing prospective buyers houses, negotiating contracts, prospecting for business, and solving problems. All other tasks are delegated to my specialized team member, but PLEASE remember, you can always call me directly!

Kris has been active in the local real estate scene since 2008 and joined our team in 2010. She is your contact for information regarding your advertising, online presence, and showing communications. She also handles our direct mail campaigns, acts as a liason with our group members, and manages many of our back office processes.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she majored in finance, and was previously in the financial industry, where she managed a foreign exchange trading desk for a St. Louis area bank. She has been successfully selling real estate in both Illinois and Missouri since 1999. She holds bother her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Expert) designations.
Originally from Southern Illinois, she and her family now reside in Columbia, Illinois. Her two beautiful children attend Immaculate Conception School. Both children are active in soccer. Her son is on the ICS track team, which won the Diocesan Champiohip in 2011, and plays hockey with the Affton American Hockey Club. Her daughter loves to ride horses, and hopes to soon jump fences competetively. The Haubrich family is also very active in the Monroe County Shooting Stars 4-H Club.
